    Our commitment to using the latest in State-of-the-Art equipment and software allows us to stay ahead of the competition.  We stock solid Rex 76, M42, T15, and Carbide blanks.

    With the use of ANCA's Cimulation software, we are able to program and grind the tool on the computer before it is taken to the machine.

        The latest  technology in the inspection of the tools is ANCA's  IView system.  It is a 100x camera that mounts directly in the machine.  This allows us the check the part and make any corrections necessary before removing the part from the machine.  The camera overlays a .dxf drawing of the tool on the monitor of the machine where it can be manually or automatically corrected.
